Starlite Glen Owners Association

Starlite Glen community (formerly called Columbia Ridge community by the builder, Pacific Ridge; recorded as Starlite Glen Condominium in county records) is located in Lynnwood, WA 98087. More specifically between Manor Way and Admiralty Way limited to homes on 140th ST SW, 139th ST SW, 25th Ave W, 25th PL W, and 26th Ave W. The community consists of 68 single family detached homes. All homeowners in the community are a member of the association and benefit from the association's services including common area maintenance and upkeep. The board members are community members that have volunteered and been elected by the homeowners to represent them in day-to-day operations. They fulfill various tasks needed for the community per related RCW 64.34 and Starlite Glen Governing Documents.
